I created Zen-Thetics with one intention in mind — to restore balance, confidence, and calm within you. My clients often tell me I have a naturally relaxing touch, and that brings me so much joy because my goal is always to make you feel at ease, refreshed, and glowing inside and out.

When I’m not in the treatment room creating peaceful experiences, you can find me spending quality time with my little family — my boyfriend Chris and our dog Thor, who always remind me of the importance of love, laughter, and presence.
